The University of Manitoba offers international undergraduate scholarships to international students with good academic performance and proven financial needs who are pursuing undergraduate programs in both the fall and fall semesters.

University of Manitoba Scholarships 2022 Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for the University of Manitoba Scholarships, You must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be an international student with good academic performance who is enrolled in both the fall and winter semesters and shows financial needs
  • Eligible to complete the course in both the fall and winter semesters. In most cases, students must enroll and complete at least 60% of the full course load each semester (that is, at least 9 credit hours per semester). Graduate students are not required to comply with the minimum number of credit hours if they are enrolled in the Graduate School as full-time students in the fall and winter semesters. Requirements to meet the minimum G.P.A.
  • Continuing students must have a minimum G.P.A. From 2.0. Freshmen (from high school) must have a GPA of 70% or higher in grade 12. Students who are recognized as adult students may also be eligible for the scholarship. International students in the first year of higher education in Canada are not eligible to apply for a general scholarship program.
